Physical items such as printed templates and starter kits may be purchased through decliora.com.

3. Refunds and Credits

3.1 Document Automation Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if our automated solutions do not meet the agreed specifications. To submit a request, please contact our support team via Contact Support. Approved requests will be credited to the original payment instrument within 7 business days. Alternatively, services may be rescheduled at no extra charge within 30 days of purchase.

3.2 Information Products

Digital guides and templates are available for immediate download. If you encounter issues accessing the content, notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide the necessary files. Due to the nature of digital delivery, purchases are final once download is completed and no credits can be issued.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items qualify for a 30-day credit program. To initiate, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a prepaid shipping label and process a credit to the original payment instrument within 10 business days of receiving the item in its original condition. Items damaged from misuse are not eligible for credit.

4. Modifications to Services

Decliora reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with notice posted on decliora.com.
